workshop

Inspect4.0 is a TETRA – Technology Transfer – project aiming at improving quality inspection in the textile industry.

This improvement focuses on an accurate, cost effective, and versatile quality control system based on the camera vision technology combined with machine learning. This project will be executed following 3 approaches including (1) working together side by side with selected individual partners from the textile industry to provide custom-made solutions for the specific quality control challenges faced by the given partner, and (2) conducting feasibility studies for the implementation of the quality control system on site at the individual industrial partners facilities. Finally, demonstrators will also be built for woven and coated textiles for dissemination.
